Every Sunday Cloud case is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect phone model selections, changes of mind, or simply wanting a different color or design.

Damaged or defective items

If your case arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at goodfindx@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your order qualifies, we’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. You will not need to return a damaged or defective item.

Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
